AIRCONDITIONING SERVICING
PLEASE NOTE:
• This is a guide only as there are so many variables regarding access and how the system has been installed that impacts on the time it takes to carry out the work.
• Systems in constant use may require servicing at different intervals depending on ambient conditions.
• It is not uncommon for drains to require servicing at shorter intervals during times of high humidity.
· We will advise you if anything is out of the ordinary before we proceed.
BASIC SERVICE – Hi Wall / Cassette Split Systems: Approx. $60 -$70 + GST
• Remove and clean unit fascia and return air filters.
• Inspect and report on cleanliness and condition of drain pan, drainpipe, Evaporator coil, cross flow fan.
• Report on cleanliness and condition of Condenser coil, Condenser fan blade, and motor
• Check refrigerant charge.
• Inspect and report all corrosion, Minimal, Excessive and Prohibitive.
• Please note: This is a basic assessment, and our Technicians will advise if your system requires anything further.
STANDARD SERVICE – Hi Wall / Cassette Split Systems: Approx. $210 – $280 + GST
• Remove and clean unit fascia and return air filters.
• Remove backing plate assembly.
• Chemically clean drain pan, drainpipe, cross flow fan.
• Inspect and report on cleanliness and condition of Evaporator coil.
• Washdown Condenser unit
• Chemically clean Condensing (Outdoor) Heat exchanger Coils, Condenser fan blade,
• Inspect and report on cleanliness and condition of Condenser fan motor bearings.
• Check refrigerant charge.
• Inspect and report all corrosion, Minimal, Excessive and Prohibitive.
• Provide before and after images to verify service has been out carried correctly.
MAJOR SERVICE: – Hi Wall / Cassette Split Systems: Approx. $320 + GST
• Pump System down and remove indoor from wall, Complete. (If Required)
• Remove outdoor unit (if required) to access the flare connections.
• Remove and clean unit fascia and return air filters.
• Chemically clean Evaporator (Indoor) Heat exchanger Coils.
• Chemically clean drain pan, drainpipe.
• Chemically clean Cross flow Fans (Indoor).
• Washdown Condenser unit
• Chemically clean Condensing (Outdoor) Heat exchanger Coils
• Chemically clean Axial Fans (Outdoor).
• Inspect and report all corrosion, Minimal, Excessive and Prohibitive.
• Check Refrigerant Charge, Compressor, and all motors operation.
• Check Refrigerant pipe insulation.
• Check EEV operation and corrosion.
• Check Electrical connections (Unit Terminals – Isolator Terminals – moisture ingress)
• Check for vermin on Electronic PCB’s.
• Provide before and after images to verify service has been out carried correctly.
• Record Asset’s – Make – Model – Serial and Area served.
